Return Eligibility
At Divine Drip Co. Studio, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Customized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at divinedripcostudio@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Write the RAN on the outside of the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase. Please allow:
- 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
- Additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Special Cases
If you receive a damaged item or if the wrong item was sent, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the order:
- For damaged items, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- If you received the wrong item, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover all shipping costs.
Exceptions to the Policy
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized items that were made to your specifications.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with our policy.
